I'm a BART rider. I ride BART daily and I am frequently disgusted at how dirty the seats and the floor are. This blog was designed to showcase some images seen while riding on BART.

BART is a joke
After hearing on the news about problems and delays between Milbrae and Daly City I decided to drive to Daly City to take BART. After the normal wait in the train that was there (around 10m) we started moving slowly to the city. The train ride was not too delayed, only around 10 minutes total.
But then we arrive at Embarcadero exactly at the same time another train pulls in on the other side of the platform to find out that there are no Escalators! 2 broken escalators at peak hour?! Really, BART? Can you be more useless?

BART Carpet floors - stains or dirt?
Wednesday, June 8, 2011
Welcome to BART
BART is a widely used commuter train in the San Francisco Bay area. It's used by over 350K people a day (stats available from the BART website). Its trains feature cloth seats and in many cases carpeting. Unfortunately those materials get dirty easily, as you will see by the pictures we will be providing here daily.
We hope you'll enjoy the ride!
