BART is a joke

After hearing on the news about problems and delays between Milbrae and Daly City I decided to drive to Daly City to take BART. After the normal wait in the train that was there (around 10m) we started moving slowly to the city. The train ride was not too delayed, only around 10 minutes total. But then we arrive at Embarcadero exactly at the same time another train pulls in on the other side of the platform to find out that there are no Escalators! 2 broken escalators at peak hour?! Really, BART? Can you be more useless?

Old seat covers

These are so old and run down it looks like they have been there since 1970's.

1 week and the brand new escalator is still not working...

Did anyone say new seats? We need them!

Broken Escalators

These two Escalators were broken on Thursday, July 7th. The brand new Daly City escalator is already broken, and so was a escalator at Embarcadero.
